What’s the most affordable option?

Our Royal Tea Party is our most flexible option and starts from $25 per guest. It includes the full styled tablescape, tables, chairs, and set-up/clean-up. Catering and a princess character visit are both optional add-ons, so you can build the party that suits your guest list and budget. Get in touch for a personalised quote.

What age is a princess tea party suitable for?

Our princess tea parties are designed with young children in mind, and work best for ages 5+. Our young guests absolutely love the magic of a real princess visit, the dressing-up moments, and the excitement of a beautifully styled tea table just for them. If your child is outside this range and you’re not sure whether it’s the right fit, just get in touch and we’ll help you decide.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead. If you have a specific date in mind, it’s always worth checking availability sooner rather than later — princess parties are one of our most popular bookings and we can’t guarantee that a favorite character will be available.

Can we choose which princess character comes?

Yes! When you book you can request your child’s favourite princess from our lineup, which includes Belle, Ariel, Cinderella, Elsa, Rapunzel, Snow White, and many more. Character availability can vary by date, so we’ll always confirm your choice when we finalise your booking. Can’t decide? We can help you choose based on your child’s current obsession.

How many children can come to the party?

Our Standard package accommodates up to 12 children, and our Deluxe package is designed for up to 16. If your guest list is larger, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do – we love a full royal court!

Can the party be held outdoors?

Yes! A backyard tea party is one of our favourite setups. We’re fully mobile and set up beautifully in gardens, patios, and outdoor spaces. We do require a backup plan because of unpredictable Texas weather and we’re happy to talk through options when you book.

How much space do you need?

As a general guide, you’ll need enough room for one long table or several smaller tables to seat all your little guests, plus space around the sides for our team to move and serve comfortably. A typical living room, dining room, or garden area works perfectly. If you’re unsure whether your space will work, just send us a quick description or photo and we’ll let you know.

Can you cater for dietary needs?

Yes, we can accommodate common dietary requirements including gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free menus. Just let us know your guests’ needs when you enquire and we’ll make sure every child at the table is taken care of.
