The Premium Blending Bar

The session you’re invited to experience is our Premium Blending Bar, designed for VIP client events, leadership retreats, and high-end activations.

Guests explore an expanded collection of rare and beautiful botanicals, including hand-rolled Jasmine Pearls, Rose Buds and Osmanthus – all presented in hand-cut crystal apothecary jars with gold spoons and framed ingredient cards.

A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Maggie, British-born founder of the Truly Terrific Tea Co., and your guide for the session. After 15 years in PR, corporate communications, and event planning, I founded Truly Terrific Tea Co. in Austin in 2023 to bring authentic British tea experiences to the city.

I’m also a former stand-up comedian, which means our sessions are guided, fun, and just a little bit irreverent. No stuffiness. No pressure. Just great tea and good conversation.

Do I need to know anything about tea?

Not at all. The whole experience is guided from start to finish. I walk every guest through the selection, explain the flavour profiles, and help them build a blend they’ll actually love. No prior tea knowledge needed whatsoever.

How long does a session last?

The Classic Blending Bar typically runs around 60 minutes for 30 guests. The Premium Blending Bar (which is what you’ll be experiencing) can be tailored to your schedule – usually between 45 and 60 minutes.

How much space do you need?

One 8-foot table works perfectly for smaller groups – we can provide one if needed. For larger groups we expand to two or more tables. We’re fully mobile and have set up in boardrooms, hotel suites, rooftop terraces, and conference halls.

How many guests can you accommodate for a client event?

Anywhere from 10 to 500+ guests. We scale the setup to your group size without losing the premium feel.

Can you match our brand or event theme?

Absolutely. We can style the setup to complement your brand colours and create custom jar labels with your logo or event artwork. Just let us know.

Is this suitable for wellness-focused programmes?

Very much so. We incorporate herbs and botanicals selected for mindfulness, restoration, and energy — and can tailor the selection to a wellness or incentive travel theme.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Austin and serve clients across the city and Central Texas, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, and Dripping Springs. We’re also happy to travel further afield – just ask.
